Shipping Policy

All customers will be notified when their packages are sent out and will be updated with a tracking number. All packages will arrive according to what is selected at checkout. This does not include the time it will take to make it. Again, 

All orders are created after order submission. Due to the time needed to complete the custom designs, please allow up to 7 to 10 business days for order processing. If items are needed sooner, please email us at support@kaaliyahco.com to confirm that we are able to complete your order based on your timeframe. Please keep in mind that these are handmade customized items. It takes dedication and attention to detail to bring the design idea to life.

Order confirmations are emailed after purchases are completed. Upon completion of order processing & shipping, the tracking information will be sent to the email you provide during check-out. Please ensure it is accurate. 

PLEASE NOTE: Items may take longer due to holidays, bad weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Also, K. Aaliyah & Co is NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost, damaged, or stolen items.

However, please remember your items may be tracked using the tracking information we sent to the email you provided at check-out or account creation.
