Unfortunately, K. Aaliyah & Co. DOES NOT accept returns or exchanges on custom items. All sales are final. If there are issues with your order, please contact us WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIVING your order via email at support@kaaliyahco.com. Please include pictures of the item, along with the invoice for the order. If you do not email WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIVING the order, we will not be able to process your claim.

Refunds are processed for orders that we CANNOT fulfill.
